Trever Vest vs Eric Tua'One

Round 1: Trever leads with an overhand right that barely connects. Both fighters are in the center of the ring momentarily when Trever goes for the double leg and pushes against the fence. Finally gets the takedown and is working on a RNC. No hooks in, but Trever wins via RNC Choke out @ 1:09 of rnd 1

Bryce Bauer vs Jose Salguero

Round 1: bauer immediately secures the take down. Jose pulls guard. They get up and start trading punches. Bauer gets him in a thai clinch against the fence and lands a couple knees. Jose gets out and they’re in the center of the cage. Jose gets a nice take down. But Bauer is back on top but has the full mount this time. Jose is holding on tight so Bauer is unable to get the separation he needs. 30 sec. left. Jose is looking to sweep but is unsuccessful. Bauer throws a couple body punches and rnd 1 ends with Bauer on top.

Round 2: Jose starts with a Teep kick and they end up on the ground with Jose pulling ½ guard and a guillotine. Bauer gets out and Jose pulls guard and looks for a triangle. Unsuccessful and Bauer is now in side control. Bauer moves to Full mount. Jose is really holding on to his head so he can’t get the separation. Jose gets the sweep and is now in Bauer’s guard. Jose is landing a few right punches to Bauer’s face from in Bauer’s guard. Not really looking to pass and Bauer tries the sweep and is unsuccessful. Rnd 2 ends with Jose in Bauer’s guard throwing some punches to the body and head.

Round 3: Both fighters come out swinging and Bauer lands a nice knee to the body. Jose grabs a guillotine and is really working it in. He has him in full guard with a guillotine on. Bauer is slipping out before Jose cinches it on a bit tighter. Bauer is standing in tripod position to relieve the pressure. Bauer slips out and gets into full mount. Jose gets the sweep and is in Bauer’s guard. The ref steps in and stands them up. Both fighters come in swinging and Bauer gets the takedown right before the round ends… This one is going to the dreaded Judges scorecard.
